Covid Safe Place

When entering Italy from abroad you have to have a valid Green Pass (3G)
At the hotel and at the restaurant no Green Pass or masks are needed.

Safety Measures throughout the hotel

  • 1 meter social distancing between people is required – please take care, we do it too.

  • Plexiglass at the reception makes conversation more safe and easy

  • The elevator can only be used with family members

  • We have installed hand sanitising stations for guest convenience at all hotel public areas

  • In addition to the regular cleaning we have increased regular disinfection of guest room facilities,  public areas, furniture, machines and areas of frequent contact as required by law

  • Used and clean laundry (bedding and towels) will be strictly separated

  • To guarantee safety at the restaurant and the breakfast area we removed and rearranged furniture to allow more space for distancing. Of course you can also enjoy in-room meals.

  • Because of safety reasons electronic payments are preferable

  • We provide special Covid-19 trainings to our employees

We need your help

  • We kindly ask you to respect the directive of the regional and national health institutions. Please keep distance of 1 meters from each other and use the hygienic hand sanitiser placed in the public areas.

  • It is recommended to wear a mask in public. If you do not have a mask we can provide you with one. 

  • We offer you an online self checkin before your arrival. You can avoid unnecessary waiting time upon your arrival. Please contact us if you would like to do so. 

  • You can choose an express checkout at your departure. The needed form is available at the reception. You can avoid needless waiting time. 

  • Every employee, visitor, supplier and guest when entering the hotel is offered a temperature screening

  • If you felt ill or had acute symptoms of a respiratory disease up to 10 days before your arrival we kindly ask you to stay at home and contact a doctor. If you have allready arrived and feel sick please contact the reception immediately (direct dial: 9) and stay in your room. 

  • If you prefer we won’t clean your room during your stay. Please let us know.
